Solana NFT airdrop cli + ReactJS dashboard whitelist

We're looking to build out our airdrop cli and a dashboard to allow users to whitelist their addresses.
The basic idea is, we'll have users in our discord come to a ReactJS page and they'll have to authenticate with their Discord credentials. Upon authentication, the reactJS will verify that they are in one of 3 different User Groups in our discord server (Wave 1, 2 or 3). Based on this, they'll be presented with either a WalletConnect QR Code or a text box to input their Solana Wallet Address and will hit the "submit" button to enter the whitelist.
The user's discord name, discord ID, wallet Address, and group id/name will be saved into a mongo database.
From this database, we'll need to build a cli/script which will run through the list of users and their addresses, and send an NFT to them.
We could use something like [login to view URL] to do this, or build an external script that calls these needed commands.
