Experience personal injury paralegal

I am in need of an experienced paralegal for my US based law firm. I need someone fluent in English who is able to speak with clients and adjuster and work during normal business hours.
This position requires someone who is PROactive and not REactive on work projects. I only handle personal injury claims and therefore experience in this area is a must because I do not have time to do a lot of training. I will give preference to anyone who has litigation experience. (I understand some training and guidance will be necessary and I do provide templates but I cannot train a beginner).
I use slack for messaging and dropbox to share files. I also have case management software (CasePEER). Some current tasks needed: drafting letters and documents, speaking with adjusters, requesting case items, etc.
Attention to detail, proficiency in word including formatting, numbering, and spacing is a must. Fluent/Bilingual in English is a must.
**Pay will be based on what is reasonable and customary for where you live. I am looking for someone who is committed and able to work at least 30 hours/week.
