I need a PCB designer

Our project is a dog trainer device. The dog trainer will carry a portable device which is made by plastic material. The plastic device contains the below parts-

1. 9V battery X1

2. mini buzzer X1

3. PCBA X1

You will need to design a PCBA that contains the below features –

1. When touching the red area for 3 seconds, the device will be on and there should a beep sound for indication. Touch again for 3 seconds, the device will be off and should be a beep sound for indication as well.

2. When the device is on, any touch of the blue area will trigger the mini buzzer to beep until the finger releases.

3. All the functions are detected by touching but not pressing.

The PCBA dimension should be in the range of 34(W) * 15(L) mm.
