Job Description:
I'm looking for a personal assistant that can help me with the management of my properties. This will be something that is on-going and long-term. They are all in the UK and consist of a mix of houses and apartments, some of which are rented to families and some which are on airbnb.
Day to day management of the properties includes, spreadsheets of income/outgoing, making sure rent is paid on time, making new contracts, finding new tenants when required, arranging maintenance with builders and tenants, managing the bookings system, monitoring emails and any other general management tasks that need doing.
I would say most days, these properties require no work at all and some days will require more work than others, but it's common to have nothing to do for a week at a time.
