Creative Designer Required

Job Description:
We need “Creative” designers who can implement their own ideas or build on ideas given by us. Designers who can create pictures from data and ideas, not just copy paste or basic editing of pictures pickedup from image stocks. We already have designers doing copy-paste-editing & we don’t want to addon more such designers.
Good English is necessary and ability to create / curate content according to our international audience. We organise international events & the creatives will be viewed by global audience so have to be of certain standard.
As mentioned above we already have designers doing basic designs but we want to upgrade. So are looking for really creative people to help us with it.
we organise events in africa and need suitable adverts + other artworks designed. we generally do a A4 page flyer first & resize the same to suit all social media FB. Insta, Linkedin. I want to start with 1 page flyer announcing our expo
