Implement Amazon FPS/Paypal Adaptive Payments Setup like Kickstarter for Crowdfunding Site

We are developing a crowdfunding site similar to Kickstarter.
We need a developer highly skilled in Amazons Flexible Payment Solutions API
The application should work like this:
Support 3 parties in the payment:
The sender who sends money, the recipient who receives the money and the site who enables payments by making API calls (the caller may take a specified percentage or amount out of every payment).
The site owner builds a marketplace system website by using multi-use tokens. This creates the ability to obtain sender payment instruction and use it to make payments at a later point in time. When payments are made, the funds are deposited directly into the recipient's account. The site owner instructs FPS to charge fees for each payment (e.g. 5%), and the same would be deposited into your (the site owner's) account.
The recipients can withdraw all funds that they receive in their Amazon Payments account at the end of the crowdfunding contest into their bank account. This disbursal is a one time transaction that they see on their bank statement.
What we need help with is how do we hold the money until the contest ends?
We do not want to implement the All Or Nothing model.
