296535 Fix php script and install

I have a link updating script that was designed by a previous programmer. After it was installed on my server, some parts of the script is not working. I get mysql errors. I can't get a hold of the original programmer that wrote the script. I need someone to re-install the script. Do what ever it takes to make the script work. Maybe re-write a few lines of code to make it work with our version of mysql. Re-set the permission settings on our mysql and insert the mysql database file that the script needs to run.
