This is a repost of a previous project which didn't have a winning bidder. A good deal of the customization work has already been done on this project, but I have to admit that the changes have not been documented as they should and the code is rather messy. I need someone who will help me through this project, and take on the more difficult aspects that I just will not be able to figure out (specifically, the menu, and a couple of other items as well). This is likely to be a good deal of time involvement so please don't bid with just your "hourly rate" as opposed to what you'll accept as a lump sum. We need to have a customer service module installed and tweaked, along with a UPS tracking module for the customers as well. I have these modules and would provide them to you. I also need to make sure that our order processing through LinkPoint can be done from the admin panel, including notifying customers if their card was declined, dealing with returns, etc. From what I've seen, there is not a comprehensive module for dealing with LinkPoint right now. Our budget for this project is rather low, but there is the possibility that we could provide additional work in the future and pay more once this redesign is up and running.
