Hello to all, We need developed an application that will generate two sets of reports based on an access database (attached). 1. Statistical reports. Will use the following information: - Headcount ??" computed from db: total number of active employees - Number of employees ??" computed from db - Shifts - Hours/shift - Hours ??" computed when generating the reports - Avg. Hourly Rate ??"computed from db - independent variable - specifies the relation between the number of employees, the number of shifts and the number of hours per shift. The user can specify for this variable its name (used when generating the report) and its value. Steps: First time the user will establish the industry standard ratio: I:shifts:shift hours: number of employees, where I represents the independent variable. This four values will be stored into database. The user can later change the industry standard ratio by choosing an option from menu. Now if the number of employees are known and the number of shifts and shift hours based on the ratio...then all other computations can be made...like: Total salary: Avg. Rate x total hours Total Hours: hours/shift x number of shift x number of employees The statistics reports will have the following list of calculations: • Turnover ratio • Employees/department • Employees/district • Monthly budget in dollars: based on No. of shift x avg hours X avg rate • Primarily employee related ratio and statistical data. 2. Employee profile reports. The following reports will be generated: 1. attendace profile 2. bank profile 3. main profile 4. allowance profile 5. bank profile 6. injury profile 7. insurance profile 8. termination profile For each report the user should be able to generate it at the company, branch, dept or employee level.
