I have created a small powerbuilder ap that I intend to sell. I have downloaded a free product called installmaker to use for an installation program. It worked but it is not real slick. Would like to have a better one to utilize for my ap. I would like the programmer to take my ap and related files and create an install program for windows.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
