Assignment:
(Design and implement a class called Card that represents a standard playing card. Each card has a suit and a face value. Create a program that deals 20 random cards.
MINIMUM:
*instance variables to represent the suit and face value of a card, both as integers
*A constructor with no parameters that initializes the suit and face value of the card with random values
*A constructor with two parameters that initializes the suit and face value of the card with the arguments provided
*a boolean method that returns true if this card is higher than the card passed in as the argument (assume ace is high) Note that the suits, high to low, are: spade, heart, diamond, club
*a getter method for each instance variable
*a toString method to return a String containing the value of the suit and face value, both as Strings (e.g., "Four of Clubs" or "Ace of Spaces") )
