MySQL interface program

We need a simple interface program EXE or DLL, which will get a single record from a web based MySQL database. You can create this program in VB or other common programming language. The interface program must be able to read an input data string with information regarding the MySQL database/record to read and must output a data string with the database details obtained. Both the input and output string will be a ";" separated. The interface program will be used on local PC's, not on any network server. The program should not output any error messages directly to the user, but should return error codes in the output string to inform the calling program. We will send you the proposed input and output data string specification and error codes when you are interested in this task. Remark; the interface program must check if the Web can be accessed and if the MySQL web database is accessible, if not it should return an error code in the output string to inform the calling program.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
