Small C++ to Vb Conversion

Hi, This is a small C++ program, which I need converted to Visual Basic. There's only a few cpp files, along with a couple of h files, but is a small program. The only reason for the conversion, is to understand the differences between the two languages. Comments within the source is highly recommended. It doesn't have to be 100% exact, but as close to the original source as possible. Thanks
