Need someone to do some Internet research and compile a list of 60 forums on the subject of “learn Chinese, Chinese language??. We only interested in English language forums (not Spanish, German etc…), occasional appearance of Chinese characters in the forum is acceptable. 1. Please find here attached excel sheet that contains one example. All entries have to be properly entered with the name, title, and the description shall contain minimum 100 words which should be a insightful review of the website , must be written in perfect English (and can NOT be taken directly from the target website), the webmaster’s e-mail shall be correct and verifiable, and the webmaster’s name if it can be found on the website; 2. You should include ONLY relevant forums, in order to qualify as “relevant??. The forum has to mainly dedicate itself on “Chinese language??. A forum contains less than 50 threads or less than 10 participants are insignificant and should not be added. 3. The completed Excel sheet shall be posted on RAC, once I approved the content. The coder is responsible to post them into a database (basically copy and paste…).
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
