I have a great opportunity here for veteran site disigners/programmers.
Currently the owners of Builders Boss are looking for the skeleton of thier project to be completed. By skeleton I mean - web page design, some content and some feedback mechanism. The attached document has the additional information needed to accomplish this. There is alot of room for interpretation in the attached and we will be very dependent on the developer to fill in the necessary parts as necessary. There will be alot of place holders put in place as well. What I mean by this is for forms - we may not need to actually have a working 1099 form - but an image of a 1099 form will do. Please do not review the attached if you are unwilling to be held to a Non-Disclosure Agreement. All information contained in such is to be held in strictest confidence.
The next stage of the development will be the actual site applications development and this will be a pretty hearty web-based - possibly thin client - application. The web based piece we would prefer to have it done in ASP.net.
If the chosen designer works through the first piece with expected outcomes, meeting deadlines and not needing a lot of hand holding - they will be awarded the application(s) development.
Again this bidding is for the intial phase of this site develpment, and when bidding, keep in mind that the next piece will be much larger and will be awarded to the developer should they meet our expectations.
