> I'm looking for a coder/writer/editor (I'll just say editor from now on) who can put the finishing touches on a newly created website. > The editor will proofread approx. 105 pages of a website, check for typos, grammar and spelling and edit the copy where necessary. The editor will make sure the text matches the title of the page. The editor will make sure that all links are working and are connected to the correct pages. > The editor will be provided with a dozen articles which can be used for reference in the editing process. The editor might have to replace the text on the website page with text from the articles if the website page needs more copy. The editor will make sure the website copy is correct English and easy to read and understand. > The editor will change the html code for the background color where necessary. > I would like this project to be completed in one week or less. > Assumptions: the editor is an English speaker, has some English copy-editing experience, and is knowledgeable in html and xml. > The project will be complete when the website is in excellent working order with all copy corrections made and links working correctly.
