Install database on a new server

Hi I currently have a forum and i need someone to import the database to the new server. I gave somone to do this job in one day and was not able to do it. Who ever can do this job in a day and update me . I will give you bonus as well Heres what needs to be done restore old database add ranking mode (eg: 1 star per 100 posts etc..) add a small icon underneath the user name called gender to show if the person is a male or female add a time stamp to all the messages so people know who posted which message and at what time if possible change the skin for the forum so it&'s a big lighter than what we currently have or install a good new skin all together
