This is really easy for an experienced php programmer.
I just want variables created based on time of the year. I need quarter number, month, week and day.
Take a look at the sample below:
SAMPLE#1: If php-page run on jan 3rd 2005 then
the variables should be defined as follows:
$qtrhdr="First Quarter 2005's Top 3";
$monthhdr="January's Top 3";
//so the first day of week is Sunday and last day is Saturday
$weekhdr="Week of Jan 2 - Jan 7th Top 3";
$dayhdr="Top 3 Goals for Monday, Jan 3rd ";
You should include a way to test - like defining a test date variable. Ultimately this variable should get the current_date.

Your work should also be clean and well-documented. You should be willing to answer questions abut the work.
