Job Description:

I have this template that I located on the Internet and I would like to use it as a training tutorial in my High School Training Class. I need someone to rework it to make it simpler. I have not look at it closely to see how difficult. We may need to teach it so it need to simplied some to use it. I also need it to fit with a the following theme. I will need a splash page similar to the follow link but it need to fit the template. So I am looking at two pages. I have some images and I want to come up with something that will work with the president of U.S. show off technology.

Can technology dissolve boundaries between countries by providing quality learning

tools for academia, being a viable international trade mechanism for business sectors or

provide governmental entities with the tools they need to sustain their economies and

environments?

Give me your feedback on what I need to have done. I have a screenshot of the area that I would like to change. I want the theme image to show in that section but I would like some that will work like flash but not flash because I want to show how to make you web enable for the ipod and webphone. My understanding that that flash does not work on ipod and webphone. If you can think of some alternative to the flash effect that I can train the student on.

## Deliverables

I have attach a file with images and the location of the Template and the Theme that I would like to produce for the training tutorial for the class.

1.I want create two page for the theme. The splash page and main page. The splash page would be good to have some things mix in it relating to the president as well as young people doing their social network using tweek, facebook, myspace, etc.

2. On main page section, I want to remove that DJ and comeup with something that and African American Student is doing with Technology(Computer, Handheld, Ipod or Phone etc. It can come up as statics or dynamic but maybe only on the main page and in the other page use a static back drop in that section. Any dynamic should be done with something other than Flash because I want to make sure that this project will run on there hand held. It maybe good to do something in flash to show them the disadvantage of using flash on the page when using hand held devise. Then show them the advantage of using something else that will give the same effect or sticking with only statistic.
