mambo to joomla migration

Basic website that needs to be migrating to the latest version of Joomla from Mambo:

Details:

1) Mambo 4.5.3 Stable to the latest Joomla version

2) 163 content items only with images included in each page. These are the only items that need to be saved for the software upgrade.

3) No special or additional components or modules required for the new template. There are some components and modules installed like Gallery2 but these are not needed to be kept for the upgrade.

4) No need to upgrade the template as we will install a new one from Rocket Theme once the migration has been done.

We can do this project ourselves, but just don’t have time. This should take less than one day to complete.

If you wish to bid on this project, here are our terms:

1) You only get paid AFTER the work is completed.

2) We do NOT pay any partial fee's upfront.

3) You MUST have a paypal account, this is the only way we will pay you, no paypal account no payment, simple. If you do not have a paypal account then go open one it is free to do so.

4) You MUST be contactable via MSN. We need someone who is reliable and knows how to communicate.

5) You MUST be able to speak and understand ENGLISH well.

If you do not agree with any of these conditions then don't bother bidding.

Ignore no.3, I understand Freelancer is the medium for payment, not paypal.
