I am looking for someone to program an online website building application with some CMS capabilities and e-commerce .

This application will be in some ways similar to some existing website editors but yet different in other ways.

To get a better idea, you can take a look at the following:

I also have certain details that I would like to be implemented in the back end.

If you have experience working with CMS it is a plus.

Complete details will be given after signing a NDA.

You have to be able to communicate clearly in English and also have a problem solving and positive attitude. We would hope to build a long term business relation, since we also have several expansion phases that we will need work on in the near future.
