HTML Report based on Perl/MySQL

We have several reports that need to be created in short order. These are HTML output with data coming from our MySQL database using PERL as the coding language.
Three reports are single page dealing with applicant activity and EEOC compliance and two are lists of applicants based on date selection and district id.
We estimate a competent perl/mysql programmer (on Linux) could reasonably handle this in about 30 to 40 hours. You can base your bid on 40 hours of work knowing that its all HTML/Perl and MySQL development.
More details to follow for those who are interested. We will give priority to those located in Charlotte, North Carolina over those who are more qualified or lowest bidder.
## Deliverables
1) Complete PERL programs with template files.
2) Needs to be completed in 5 calendar days, start to finish.
3) Required that you work on our system via SSH connection.
## Platform
LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl). PHP will not be acceptable, nor any other programming language.
We have a programming/style code that must be followed.
