296642 Install Freelancers 2.1

I need Freelancers 2.1 CGI installed.

I then need the headers/footers and site settings from a PHP Version of Freelancers moved over. (On Same Server)

I then need 10 members migrated to the CGI version.

Once the new install is working and looks like the PHP version, I need the PHP version removed and the CGI version to takes it's place. That means I will need a couple .shtml pages made.

I would normally do this, however don't have the time, as I need this done immediately.

Please bid if you can do this today.
