To build a driving website for young people

The website will:
- Have a "User" login and profiles with ONE picture.
- An administration section for adding driving instructors ect. (This is where an instructor add's their driving school, and it is then checked for credibility before being approved or declined for listing.)
- Have space for relevant GoogleAds or other.
- Be postcode searchable and to see results on a GoogleMap.
- Allow users to submit ratings for driving instructors that will be approved.
- Be nice on the eye.
I will also need a logo designing in Photoshop or similar software that will have a steering wheel and the site name wrapped around it.
