Clone of [url removed, login to view], I am not bothered about the looks more concerned about the features, please port all of them fully.
Script needs to run on MYSQL, and be 100% PHP/HTML. No ASP please.
Terms
On completion you will set up the script onto my server and give me 24 hours to test it for bugs then full payment will be made via PayPal.
Communication through MSN, YIM, or AIM would be nice. E-mail communication is a must. Need to be fluent in english to bid on this project please.

Just a note, I have attached a word doc. with some more information about what Digg.com is and the functionality of it.
Also, I found a FREE digg.com clone script, it doesn't work fully and is missing some of the functionality, but you are welcome to check it out and pick it apart as a starting base for the project. Do not copy/paste the source code from it though, the script you make must be 100% unique ;-)
