I want a software package that will do the following items in a VERY user friendly interface: 1. Detect whenever a critical Operation System File is about to change. There is should be a total of two warnings given to the user. The first would state that a critical windows file is about to be changed and in changing this file you may damage the operating system to where the computer may no longer function correctly. The second warning states the same case. In both cases the user MUST select to whether they want to proceed. 2. Take a snapshot of the current registry and allow the user to ROLLBACK to a previous version that was taken earlier, or prior to the user adding new software or hardware. 3. Seek out and clean the registries to help keep the registry clean from know problems, fragments of old software downloads, virus, and worms. 4. The ability to have this program to run on predetermined times selected by the user….Snapshot (backup), and clean the registry. 5. Complete and concise help file on operation.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
