I need a program for sales and service for vehicles. It should record details of sales of vehicle. Purchase of vehicle, Import taxes, Sales Taxes, warranty repairs, warranty claims from supplier, Insurance. Should produce quotation and Keep history of purchase records. Complete Reports on imports, Sales, Warranty claims, and taxes, Reports on stock of vehicles. It should display picture of each vehicle. The service part section should create spares database and should accept barcodes in item code. Items can be searched on different options like code, desctiption, model type, manufacturer, year, colour, feul type etc, Should be able to make out quotation and convert it to invoice. Job cards should be kept open until completed and items should be selected from the spares database. Jobcards should be either paid cash or there should be option to have it on account(Credit), Add/edit/delete Customer records. Payment details, statements on credit customers. Complete history of service records for vehicle. Customer notes and comments. We can provide required database and details required and Information on jobcard the way we process. Programmer is accepted to put more useful features to give a professionally developed application. On-line Help and Report for management and Security on access to different levels for Sales Rep, Manager, Owner. Spares database should also be available for Direct Sales and quotation.
