Recording / playback Volume control

I need a small VB 6.0 application that can set the recording and playback volumes on a Windows operating system. The program must also display a VU meter that shows the current volume setting for the selected channel.

I found a few good examples of such a program, but they can only set the playback volumes. You can use these and just add the extra functionality so that it can adjust recording volumes.

Program must be properly commented.
