PHP: Script to scrape [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and save to db

Job Description:
I need a quick and dirty script that does the following:
1. I enter a keyword (for example, "facebook")
2. The script queries [login to view URL] based on that keyword, and scrapes all the IP ranges that are listed
(example query: [login to view URL])
3. The IP addresses are saved to a mysql database.
4. Same thing for [login to view URL] (List of European IP blocks)

Hi, Do you need to put the ip address in a raw format, or do you want some kind of formatting ; I mean the database table will contain just the search word and ip columns or are there anyother columns ?
