Job Description:
Need a designer to create a wordpress-based website for my business. Logo and main artwork have already been completed by another designer - see attached. Need to be created and loaded onto Wordpress version 3.9.1. Site will have 7 pages:

News (setup as wordpress blog)

Need to:
- be able to add a different image as the background on the splash page
- be able to add an article to the New page (setup as a wordpress blog)
- be able to make site compatible with smartphones
Similar sites are:
