OS COMMERCE - Download link not working

I have an OS commerce site that I [url removed, login to view] sells only downloadable ebooks. Everything works fine except when a customer clicks to download the ebook after they pay. The link goes to a "page not found".

I need to have it fixed. I know it has to be something simple.

but I do not have the time to start looking for problem.

Remember: Paypal accept payment, the sales is recorded in "orders history". The link shows up, but when you click on the link to download the item, you get "page NOT FOUND"

I have created a product for 1 cent to enable anyone to test it.

but I need it fixed ASAP.

Infact I will still pay even if you just send me a PMB and tell me what is wrong. If it works I will send you money.
