hi. i need news plugin which will show the specific information from certain database table. (CMS is on Wordpress) you can either write that plugin from scratch or use existing news plugin for this purposes ( with customization)

what is required:

- plugin shows the information ( logo, news title, hits, link to the news (it's always goes to other website because all this news from other website)

- When hits goes up it should show it in some animated manner, like counting very fast etc.

- when rating based on hits changed news goes up or down in nice manner. ( something like this

- grid must be in minimalist design ,but beautiful

- hover effect on news when mouse is over news.

example wesbite , see this website for about 10-15 seconds and see changes. [url removed, login to view]

i'm not going to give milestone, please don't request it. you do job, if i like this i'm paying whole amount.
