Need design of content management admin panel

Hi. I need a design of a content management panel for the clients of our web-dev company. The panel that you design will be supplied to all our clients in uniformed format, only the functionality will differ. It must comply with the design style and color scheme/styles of our corporate website. Please bid only with rough design of templates, as only such bidders will be regarded. You can post your questions before bidding. Attached is a link to our website for you to see the design/colors. We need only HTML templates, CSS styles for all HTML elements including (but not limited to) texts, links, headers, numbered and bullet-pointed lists, tables, form field objects, frames (if any). Customized scroll bar styles are not necessary but are welcome. No scripting is required (except of necessary Javascript for dynamic objects). Customized menu icons are not essential, but will be welcomed and may give you a higher change to win this bid. The design template may be frames-based or not (at your discretion). It MUST contain our logo (I will provide a PSD file with our vector graphic logo to a winning bidder). Flash is not needed. If you ever done a similar job before, this one will be easy for you to understand and complete. Good luck with bidding.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional HTML templates, PSD design source file(s) as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
