Automating a manual process

I am looking for someone to help me automate a process I perform manually, using a script.
Basically, I receive an email from a customer when they wish to take a trial in my software. They fill out an enquiry form on my website, which sends me an email of their details.
I then use details of this email, and put this into a text file. I then visit a website and upload this text file, (I also need to type in my password) and after a few minutes I receive an email containing a zip file. I then send this zip file to the orginal customer.
I am looking for a script that will automate this process.
So in essence, I would like for the customer to fill out an enquiry form, and then they receive the zip file. So it saves me having to do the bit inbetween.
Important note: this solution should only work between 09:00am Sunday to 09:00am Friday (Should not work weekends)
Initially I'd be looking for freelancers to explain how they could technically achieve this.
