PHP Parse XML file on another server (quick and simple)

3 hour job!!!

I simply want a file that can parse a XML file at

Example: [url removed, login to view] (remote/another server),

and have the actually PHP file sitting on

Example: http://SERVER-A/[url removed, login to view] (myserver).

Things I dont have. Access to Server-B (remote/another server, location of the XML).

I do have access to server-a (my server or you development server).

I have the layout of the XML file from server-B to view.

Need this ASAP. I need it within 3 hours after this project is accepted.
