Wordpress Marketing Themes

I am looking for highly-skilled workers who have significant experience in web design, HTML, PHP, CSS and Wordpress programming. I want to develop the easiest internet marketing website building program based on the wordpress platform. I have put some significant thought into this project as you will notice in the attached folder.

The worker will need to build three full-featured wordpress themes, including a forum and password-protected member's area and database. Additionally, these themes will be controlled by a user control panel. I am a member of [url removed, login to view] and the coder will have full access to those themes as the framework for mine.
