Software to be deployed on local internal server, to be accessed through web browser.

- To manage workflow, from pre-press, press, post-press, to fulfillment

- Able to follow progress of job status

- To calculate costing, and able to create custom quotes based on different rates for different customers, and once quotation has been approved by customers, can be converted directly into an order, to be invoiced in the system, and update workflow.

- To be able to integrate to online-storefronts (upon confirmation of order, update workflow)

- Manage inventory (once workflow is done correctly, we will start working on online storefront)

- To help us increase operational efficiencies and maximise profits through process automation

- Reduce touch points and cut costs by streamlining operations

- Offer system scalability that allows for solution to grow as business requirements change and evolve

- Allow for flexible customisation options that adapts to specific business needs

- User friendly, and easy to learn/train for employees to be productive in a very short time
