I'm with a nonprofit organization based in Columbia Maryland which focuses on workforce development, human services, and social enterprising.
I need an Access Database to assist in rental administration for our permanent supported housing program for individuals with chronic homelessness services. The database will need to track and match tenants (clients), landlords, leases, and payments. A major output for the database triggers the appropriate payment of rent and utilities by our finance department. These amounts may need to be adjusted on a temporary and monthly basis based on activities in the program (I e. unit fails inspection = stop payment).
We are currently beginning a larger IT infrastructure project that will take on this role but not until sometime next year. We need a solid midterm solution now.
I have Access development experience, but do not have the bandwidth to take on this smaller project right now. But I have worked out the basic architecture (although open for feedback and improvements). Should be an easy and quick project for someone.
