Add appointment plugin to wp page

Need from you to find and install an appointment plugin which has the following options:
1. Custom fields
2. Google calendar integration
3. We need to set custom hours and custom days for the frontend calendar (Eg user can only make appointment on Thursday from 15.00 to 17.00 (half hours interval for each appointment). So in frontend will be visible a calendar with all dates, dates with available hours will be green, dates with no available appointments hours will be red. When you click on a green date you see the free time interval and you choose one.
4. When user chooses a date and hours enter his details, he receives an link in email and only after he clicks on that link the booking is confirmed.
Sure such plugin already exist, no need to develop, only find one and install.
