Alexa Web API

Hi, We are looking to develop an application for alexa. This is for a car launch where guest will visit our stall in exhibition. We would like guest to speak to alexa and perform two actions. There are two inputs which we would like to give to alexa:-

1) Hi Alexa, Can you do a registration of me:- Once it happen, we can open a web page.

2) Hi Alexa, Can you click a picture of me:- alexa to answer and trigger our photobooth software.
