We conduct 8 home buyer meetings and walks within our home building process and are having trouble keeping track of all the information and reporting. I would like the app to maintain all the forms in 1 location and put it onto an easy to read report that compares it beside one another. Basically click on the walk/ inspection that we would like to conduct from the home screen then follow the list that is opened. After the walk is done the home buyer signs the form on the tablet screen and the form is emailed to them as well as stored in the app for reporting purposes. The button for that meeting or walk once saved would also change color to say it is complete with a date below it. I would like to pull the reports by field manager, by community, or by date to see trends. I would also like the top 10 reoccurring items listed at all times. Every inspection (QI, Orientation, Celebration, primary, anniversary) will be filled out on the QI checklist form (see attached) for reporting purposes. For the Orientation, celebration, primary and anniversary, the home buyers need to sign the form so the checklist items if selected will auto fill on the template that is signed. The full checklist will be stored for comparable reporting purposes. I created a layout with each button to review. Im likely missing something so am open to questions but thought I would start here and see what is asked. Greatly appreciated.
