attendance records ( Data Synchronization utility program)

We have a attendance system , in which the record datas are already colleciting . we will give you the SDK & API files of it . we want the record to be syncronized and get only the certain columns data updated every day and must be able to save as excel file .
we are using this software with a Local LAN IP connected with the device . and data's are viewed through the browser . ( Image -cloud software data1.)
so we want any Xampp or any utility program which can syncronize the data and only give the required columns data in a seperate webpage . (Image -actual data required only)
