To set up a Web site to sells SASS (Software as a service) for audio processing of WAV files, and interface it via API to a Windows 10 machine running propriety software to apply a process to audio 'WAV' files.
The Web site need a description of the service provided and instructions on how to [login to view URL] needs to be purely functional at this point, as a proof of concept, (later we will focus on the graphic design and content).
Customer registers and sets up an account.
To start with,(for testing purposes) the administrator manually adds credits to the customer account. Later (once system is working properly) we will ask you to add payment options using Stripe and/or PayPal to buy the 'tokens'.
The customer's audio 'WAV' file needs to be passed (by FTP or similar technology) from the web server to the Windows 10 machine that hosts the audio processing software, where the file is processed,(using a proprietary program) This machine will be located in our premises, as it needs to be a high performance machine to process the WAV files quickly.
Web server will be located at our domain host Blacknight.
API details of the audio processing software are available in a separate file which will be provided to the successful bidder.
Processed output files have the same name as the input files except that _out is appended to the file
e.g. [login to view URL] > [login to view URL]
We also require some information available to administrators (not customers) showing how many files are waiting to be processed how many waiting to be downloaded and the processing time for each file and time left to finish batch.
(This can be calculated from the time the *.out file is created vs when it is modified).
The web server system should be able to reject files bigger than certain size, or of incorrect suffix (i.e. only WAV not MP3 etc)
