Azure Expert to deploy PHP Application in Cloud

Project

The application is built using yii framework in php with composer. Database is MySQL. Local development is done using XAMPP. Presently hosted using cPanel.

Need Azure Expert who can do the following

Repo is already there in Azure devops, two branches.

master and develop.

1. merge branch develop in master. There are few conflicts but we want the dev branch to overwrite master.

2. create a pipeline & deploy master on azure web cloud

3. deploy database as azure database. (SQL will be shared)

4. secure server ftp etc.

5. point my domain to the deployment
