" URGENT issue regarding parcel rates on [login to view URL] The calculated rates appear to be inconsistent and incorrect on some occasions. When customers book, they appear to be getting cheaper rates on the website than the rate should actually be. They seem to suggest it is cheaper to send heavier items to the same location than lighter weight items. The USA, Canada destinations appear to be cheaper than TNT which should not be the case.
See below example: our CityPOST website shows €96.75 but customer booked it paying only €25!!

We need to update our Irish Website where we can update the tracking number on the web and this will reduce the number of calls. Client Back office

" There should be "Extra Charges on our Website and WALLET" if there are extra pickup attempts. We NEED to have our site come up with a Pop up which informs the client that they will be charged "3.00" for each FAILED delivery attempt and they
" need to "Put a tick in the box" to agree to this to go forward. The SAME box - should confirm that their cost is ONLY an estimate and the final cost will be based on the Dimensions and weight on receipt into the mailcentre - and we need to "Token and keep credit cards to further charge based on Parcel cube".
" We need a Facility to be able to ADD additional charges such as "Failed collection or delivery attemps" - so sales and finance department need to be able to charge additional and your wallet takes these.
Report for client
" Client should be able to download report like Transaction history on Excel.
" Auto Reminder to customer when their account is below threshold and Auto Recharge option on their client account.
Back office for CityPost Finance Team
" Reporting need to be updated - client name is missing.
" Need to be able to merge two accounts into one online - client can have an administrator account and have several staff members access the account to book pouch collection.
" Translate the Back office from Portuguese into English
" Should be able to create a Parcel booking at the back office and this is recorded on the online database.
" We should be able to download client information on excel - select one client and download the Debit & Credit on his account for different stream of service used.
" Price Update on Parcel / iPost needs to be easy for CityPost Administrator to update on the website.
" We need to be able to reset clients password ourselves on the admin control Panel.
