I am looking for professional developer to implement a simple CRM web portal that its main core to receive the queries of our customers from What's App and convert each message to ticket.
The tricky part which need a code guru is the messages part,
The messages page can be directly connected with what's app API but the problem that there is no official What's App API, another option is putting iframe for the native what's app web app ([login to view URL]) and you will pull data from it to create new ticket or retrieve ticket history if the same person has a previous ticket created with ability to add saved text or photo from gallery but this not easy as well as whats app web doesnt appear with the <iframe> code.
The idea is visible as there are some portals in the market provide it like [login to view URL] so its doable.
The help desk will has simple features beside the chat as the following:
- Create departments & Assign the ticket to department/team members
- Manage team members
- Change the ticket status
- Auto reply messages activate at specific times (There is some apps in the market also do this part)
- Ability to send images & files on the Chat (New or saved in library)
- Database management
- Report generation
I'll provide you with HTML or angularJS template which you will use to develop the portal.
I don't have specific php framework to use but it must be extendable and stable.
