Build or Intergrate and Modify Flooring Calculator Plugin

Job Description:
We need similar plugin/setup to the below calculator

While we will need to style it different to suit our own website the logic and functionality will need to be the same.
It will need to show 1 price outside of product like on this it shows price per sq yd. However once it product it also shows price per sqm like at the top here.
We do not need free sample button,
We need the Enter Sq Yd , calculate area and also ideal 3rd tab Enter Sq M
This will need to reduce stock based on total number of boxes which doesn't show up on this site but ideally it be good to show how many boxes customer be getting. As in price/total boxes
These plugins/setup work on been able to enter the total sq yd/m for revelant product box size on backend so it know to divide by then.
Example Product A 2m2/ in box / 2.39 yd2
If some enters needing 40m2 neeeded if divides/ 2m2 to = 20 boxes and returns the price. If they order obvoiusly takes 20 boxes or stock. If we don't have 20 boxes available say 15 only available on backend they can't order only up to max of boxes in stock.
If same person enters 47.8 yd2 if would divide by yard figure to same boxes.
Same applies for flooring calculater tab like on this site.
The 10% (or maybe 5% for us) wastage should basically add to area they need if selected and then return closest number of boxes ie 30m2 needed it will return 31.5 needed and divide by box size(diff products have didd amounts in boxes). Pretty standard price per lenght/total plugin but ideally we need one near identicial to this as covers all options.
Plugin below has some similar things and the probably half of the backend setup but ideally we like something like on url above from both functionality and visual perspective!

The only difference is when someone clicks it will just return form with certain questions instead of caleneder etc.(name/number/county/text box and few other fields) then once submitted it will email us with details)
