Our site currently runs on Wordpress, and links to ChargeBee hosted checkout pages where customers make a purchase.
We'd like customers to make their purchase on our site, instead of linking to the hosted checkout page.
ChargeBee provide an API.
The process would go as follows:
1. Customer would browse to our order page & select a product - Already in place.
3. The customer would be taken to a page where they can enter their delivery address details.
4. The customer would be taken to a page where they can enter their payment details; selecting either PayPal or entering credit card details. If PayPal, I believe they would need to then be taken to PayPal to authorise the subscription/recurring payment.
5. Upon submission, the customer and subscription would be created in ChargeBee, and the user sent to the thankyou page that is setup for the specific product that they purchased (this var is available via ChargeBee's API).
We would ensure the site has an SSL cert.
Full details of ChargeBee's API can be found at [login to view URL]
There would be ongoing work as we need to build in the ability to purchase add-ons once this is done, and there are always different things to be done.
We host our Wordpress site ourselves; it isn't a Wordpress hosted solution.
Ideally this can be developed with a fresh copy of Wordpress and a trial version of ChargeBee. Then, we can copy into our site.
