Classifieds PHP with added features

I would like a PHP FREE Classifieds web page created or purchased with the following features:

1) Ability for system to email a registered user if the registered user subscribed to the classified category.

I.E. I register and choose a category such as automobiles, then a the system would email me the details of the post anytime there is a post in that category.

2) I would also like the ability for the system to send an email via keyword instead of category.

IE If I put a keyword of "BMW", any posts in any category with the word BMW would be emailed to me. Details should be in the email including logging in and updating account.

3) Ability for the registered user to turn off the category or keyword.

4) A section for banner advertising that I can control, rotate etc. Automatic banner ad purchase.

5) All free posting but a module for Enhanced PAID Classifieds.

6) Email verification for registered users.
