My CodeIgniitor classified ad website is around 80% complete thanks now to two Freelancers who have wasted around 3 months on this between them and shown little motivation to progress of complete the project
Still to do: Listings page shows two dynamic listings, the rest are static items from the original mock-up which need to be replaced with dynamic content, Google ads and pagination
Premium listings: An option available to the advertisers at an additional cost to appear in premium slots on the listings page
Save progress feature on create ad page: A button which allows the advertiser to save the progress when creating their ad so they can return at any point to complete and publish it
Payment gateway setup and applicable pages on the website to present cost, record payment and add X number of date to the life of the ad as applicable
Ad manager: One for the site owner for full administrative control and one for each customer available to them once logged in, to view pending, live and expired ads or mark the item as sold, also with options to complete/edit ad and manage payments
Areas of the site are still not responsive
The product listing page: This should have a split scroll function on tablet and larger, there are also pages which should be full-width and are not, this page being one of them, the listings page being the other
I have custom mock-ups for the front end and the appearance of the classified ad listing itself, layout etc but need someone to create the classified ad facility in the back end which should include PayPal and Stripe for one off payments and subscriptions too, the creation of these subscription plans as well as configure the payment gateway to be able to be tested within a sandbox environment and also live.
